ReplyDeleteI remember when this came out, it's so funny and actually very true. With the poor condition of our economy, gay marriages would only help. Though marriage licenses are not that expensive, the sheer number of gay couples would generate a huge profit for the state. Also, in the private sector, gay divorces would require the hiring of lawyers which further boosts the economy. Maybe conservatives should have considered this before opposing prop 8.
